Hello, wanna wish all my friends Kotobian Tadau Kaamatan '09..... hehehe... lama tdk update blog..too bz with works...whole pile lagi d ofis belum sempat kasih habis....

Yesterday (29/o5/09), ada briefing to KPPK's Minister. Punya lah bz buat preparations...huhu... everything done in-house (for my part)... nasib ada backup sy.. hahahha..dia juga lah yg sakit kaki ambi gambar since i have other things to take care of.. hehhe..anyway, THANK YOU VERY MUCH...sy tau ko pun suka buat tu keja... hahahhaa....

Ok, after the morning session habis, we were granted a halfday off...hahaha... once kena announce, trus lesap smua org dr ofis... uinahh... yg tinggal, kami2 ja lah...keluar ofis about 4.16pm... direct p destinasi kami (as planned b4) -----> Karamunsing... hahhaa... mesti kamu tau dah ni kan kami mo p mana seterusnya...

Met someone d ATM machine, introduced and we proceed to KKBOX... hahha.. klu ikut plan sebenar, there should be a few yg akan join kami, but it turn out to be just ME and TOMPOK... bincang2, kira2, last kami pun ambi lah pa yg patut... hehehhee... minum2 makan2 nyanyi2 menari2 ingat2 rindu2 cerita2.. last2 datang TAIKO p tgk kami.. wakakkaka... a lot yg terjadi but malas sy mo cerita.... apa2 pun, kepada yg tdk datang tu, rugi kamu..hahahhaa..

Friday b4 'balik rumah' sempat lg jalan2 d PC Fair..huh..ramai manusia....sesak...pastu mansau lagi..hehehe...sampai ntah jam brapa tu baru pulang rumah..sampai rumah trus p mandi, then baru check hanfon...ada 2 msg...1 dr Hotlink, 1 lg dr c TOMPOK...msg dia tulis "Bah bisuk jumpa d Ting Hiong Lau dekat farmasi inanam, jam 8, sama2 bfast trus konvoi p BOFOT"...oleh kerana lewat mlm sdh, jd sy nda lah reply tu msg..tgk tv sampai jam 1am baru lah sy p tdur.....bgun jam 7.45am fikir2 mau p kah tdk...last2 kena msg lg..funally p jua sy d Bofot..hehehe...konvoi lah mangkali, ntah brapa kali tukar tempat mo tunggu ni, last2 jalan sendri2 ni....wakakakka...nda pa, janji sampai destinasi...kuang3....

Mula perbincangan, lama juga lah mo tunggu...hahhaha...gitu pula mo procedure mo tunang..LAMBAT!!! selesai smua urusan, makam minum lah..heheh..pas makan sy pulang coz ada hal mo lagi.....antara smua kazen2 yang hadir, saya lah yg paling awal pulang..hehhe...nda pa bah, jumpa juga kita d Kionsom...hehehhe...

Once upon a time in Singapore , there lived a happy couple, Mr & Mrs Lim with their 3 lovely daughters; Elaine, Ena and Ella. The 3 daughters were brought up in a prim-and-proper way and when they reached 20, they were still virgins.

Years passed, and it was time to get them married. So, the parents found them the most suitable 'leng chais' (handsome guys). They got married and were preparing to set off on their honeymoon.

As 'concerned' (more like 'kay-poh') parents, Mr & Mrs Lim were curious about their daughters' first-night experience. So, before the daughters went on their respective honeymoons, Mrs. Lim told them, 'Your father and I want to know about your 1st night encounters and whether you are satisfied. Write a letter to us, but so as not to raise your husbands' curiosity...you all must use a codename to describe your experiences'.

So, the excited daughters were off. A week passed. Mr &Mrs Lim got the first letter. It was from Elaine. They opened the letter and found the word STANDARD CHARTERED. They immediately took the newspaper and looked for the Standard Chartered advertisement. 'Ah! Here it is!', exclaimed Mr. Lim. The motto for Standard Chartered was ....

'BIG, STRONG & FRIENDLY'. Mr & Mrs Lim were happy.

A week later, they got another letter. This time it was from Ena. The content was simple. 'NESCAFE'. So, again they took the newspaper and looked for the Nescafe ad. 'Ah! here it is.

Kobuni..Ramai colleagues datang jua...kena sayang bogia c Hamidey ni di ofis...hehehhe...c Darlene sempat juga menyanyi, wakil dr POIC..hehhe..c Maslah lari coz tdk mau nyanayi padahal bulih tahan juga sora dia..antara ramai2 warga POIC, c Tompok juga lah yg "paling awal sampai"....wakkaka....Majlis berjalan lancar...cuaca pun ok...syok dengar tu arus sungai mengalir, tenang jiwa...hehehe...banyak lagi story, tp tdk payah lah bgtau kamu..hehhe...

Sunday d rumah ja...mlm tgk Enchanted tp tdk abis...hehehe...Monday p keja as usual..ada training lagi until Friday...huhu....byk lagi keja sy lum siap..tp sy malas dah mo buat coz i'm counting the days again...hehehhe....nda sabar....bah sy mo tdur dah ni...nite2....

15 November 2008, awal pagi lagi c tompok msg tanya jam brapa jalan..hahhaa...sy bgtau lah jam 10 dr rumah,,,,hehe..lum sampai jam 10 pagi, c tompok msg lagi suruh jalan awal coz dia begagar sudah kelaparan...ya ampun!!!!!!!!padahal sy pun lapar...hahaha....

Tanpa membuang masa, sy pun bertolak lah dari rumah, then singgah tompok...trus kami p makan d Jeong Hin...baru ja kami masuk tu kedai kopi, trus dr jauh ada orang angkat tangan lambai2 kami.,...rupa2nya c Shasha sama mummy dia...Aunty Nelly driving sudah oo...jan kamu jealous kio, kami kena blanja makan...TQ Aunty Nelly..hehhe

Lepas makan trus p singgah raja Danny Lee...hahaha...then kami pun memulakan journey kami p KB....sepanjang jalan tu teda juga perkara yg menarik berlaku, cuma ada kereta2 yg tdk sopan cara pemanduan dia lah...kin panas betul, ntah pa yg durg mau kejar tu sampai drive laju2...cish....kalau sy bawa kereta kebal, lama sudah sy langgar smua tu kereta2 yg tdk sopan d jalanraya...

Nda sy ingat jam brapa kami sampai d pekan Kb tu, trus c tompok call lah Hamidi tanya direction p Kg. Tambulion....menurut c tompok, klu jumpa tu Kem Paradise, jalan lurus ja, trus jumpa tu Tambulion...hahhaha...kami pun ikut ja lah petunjuk c tompok..nah kau...sampai hujung dunia kami...limpas lagi tu Kg. Bangkahak...wakkakaka......makin jauh kami jalan, makin mcm nda betul pula..haha...trus kami berhenti lah d siring jalan tanya mcm mana mau p Tambulion..heheh...tekejut kali tu org bila c Danny p tanya,hahhaha...punya jauh telimpas....wakkaka...lucunya...pas tanya tu, kami pun patah balik lah..hehhe..

My Weekend

huhu...cepatnya masa berlalu....bu zhi bu jue yi jing ba yue wei le..hmmm

Last week (23 August 2008), my uncle's wedding ceremony at our granparents house. Reception started at 1300hrs. Early that morning, sy kena kasih bgun n kena bawa p pasar...huhu...ingtakan bleh lah sy bgun lewat, besa lah klu weekend kan..hehhee

Wedding preparation smua ok, cuma tu hujan ja lah buat kacau..huhu...tp in the end many people turned up...Congrats to my Uncle!!! hehehe

Klu kawin ni mesti lah ada minum2, makan2, nyanyi2, menari2....hehhee...me just duduk diam ja lah..enjoy tgk org menari n dingar menyanyi...ada ni kazen sy c WILLIE JUDE JUNAIDI berabis mo menyanyi tp malu mo p tulis nama dia..hahahha...tp last2 dia nda tahan sdh kali tu, tiba2 ja dia sana depan dah menyanyi..wakkakaka....medley lagi lagu dia tu....nasib baik dia pandai juga kasi lepas tu mic, klu dia terus ambi ahli keja tu MC susah lah pula kan..wakakka....

A radio station in Australia recently ran a phone-in competition to find the most embarrassing moments in listener's lives. The following are the final four place getters:-

4th Place
While in line at the bank one afternoon, my toddler decided to release some pent-up energy and started to run amuck. I was finally able to grab hold of her after receiving looks of disgust and annoyance from other patrons. I told her that if she didn't start behaving herself right now, she would be punished. To my horror, she looked me in the eye and said a voice just as threatening, 'If you don't let me go right now, I will tell Grandma that I saw you kissing Daddy's willie last night!'

The silence was deafening, after this enlightening exchange. Even the tellers stopped what they were doing! I mustered the last of my dignity and walked out of the bank with my daughter in tow. The last thing that I heard as the door closed behind me were the screams of laughter.

3rd Place
It was the day before my 18th birthday. I was living at home, but my parents had gone out for the evening, so I invited my girlfriend over for a romantic night alone. As we lay in bed after making love, we heard the telephone ringing downstairs. I suggested to my girlfriend that I give her a piggy-back ride to the phone.

Since we didn't want to miss the call, we didn't have time to get dressed. When we got to the bottom of the stairs, the lights suddenly came on and a whole crowd of people yelled 'SURPRISE'! My entire family...aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins and all of my friends were standing there! My girlfriend and I were frozen to the spot in a state of shock and embarrassment for what seemed like an eternity. Since then, no-one in my family has planned a surprise party again.

A lady picked up several items at a discount store. When she finally got up to the checkout, she learned that one of the items had no price tag. Imagine her embarrassment when the checkout chick got on the public address system and boomed out for all the store to hear 'Price check on lane 13 ...TAMPAX, SUPER SIZE.'

That was bad enough, but somebody at the rear of the store apparently misunderstood the word 'TAMPAX' for 'THUMBTACKS' In a very business-like tone, a voice boomed back over the public address system: 'DO YOU WANT THE KIND YOU PUSH IN WITH YOUR THUMB OR THE KIND YOU BELT IN WITH A HAMMER?'

This one happened at a major Australian University in October last year in a biology lecture, a professor was discussing the high glucose levels found in semen. A young female, raised her hand and asked, 'If I understand what you are saying, there is a lot of glucose in the male semen as in sugar?' 'That’s correct.' Responded the professor, going on to add some statistical data. Raising her hand again, the girl asked, Then why doesn't it taste sweet?' After a stunned silence, the whole class burst out laughing.

INSTANT NOODLES
Dear instant noodle lovers, Make sure you break for at least 3 days after one session of instant noodles before you eat your next packet! Please read the info shared to me by a doctor. My family stopped eating instant noodles more than 5 years ago after hearing about the wax coating the noodles - the wax is not just in the Styrofoam containers but it coats the noodles. This is why the instant noodles do not stick to each other when cooking.

If one were to examine the ordinary Chinese yellow noodles in the market, one will notice that, in their uncooked state the noodles are oily. This layer of oil prevents the noodles from sticking together.

Wanton noodles in their uncooked state have been dusted with flour to prevent them sticking together. When the hawker cooks the noodles, notice he cooks them in hot water and then rinses them in cold water before cooking them in hot water again. This process is repeated several times before the noodles are ready to be served. The cooking and rinsing process prevents noodles from sticking together.

The hawker then 'lowers the noodles in oil and sauce to prevent the noodles from sticking if they are to be served dry. Cooking instructions for spaghetti require oil or butter to be added in the water when boiling the spaghetti to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Otherwise, one gets a big clump of spaghetti! There was an SBC (now TCS) actor some years ago, who at a busy time of his career had no time to cook, resorted to eating instant noodles everyday. He got cancer later on. His doctor told him about the wax in instant noodles. The doctor told him that our body will need up to 2 days to clear the wax. There was also an SIA steward who after moving out from his mother's house into his own house, did not cook but ate instant noodles almost every meal. He had cancer, and has since died from it.

Nowadays the instant noodles are referred as ' cancer noodles '.

Pig meat contains EXCESSIVE quantities of HISTAMINE and IMIDAZOLE compounds, which can lead to ITCHING and INFLAMMATION; GROWTH HORMONE which PROMOTES INFLAMMATION and growth; sulphur containing mesenchymal mucus which leads to SWELLING and deposits of MUCUS in tendons and cartilage, resulting in ATHRITIS, RHEUMATISM, etc. Sulphur helps cause FIRM human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage.

SHAMPOO
Cancer-causing substance in shampoos. Go home and check your shampoo. Change before it's too late... Check the ingredients listed on your shampoo bottle, and see they have a substance by the name of Sodium Laureth Sulfate, or simply SLS. This substance is found in most shampoos; manufacturers use it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap. BUT the fact is, SLS is used to scrub garage floors, and it is very strong!!! It is also proven that it can cause cancer in the long run, and this is no joke. Shampoos that contains SLS: Vo5, Palmolive, Paul Mitchell, L'Oreal, the new Hemp Shampoo from Body Shop etc. contain this substance.

The first ingredient listed (which means it is the single most prevalent ingredient) in Clairol's Herbal Essences is Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Therefore, I called one company, and I told them their product contains a substance that will cause people to have cancer. They said, Yeah we knew about it but there is nothing we can do about it because we need that substance to produce foam. By the way Colgate toothpaste also contains the same substance to produce the 'bubbles'.

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ....she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.

Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die.... they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke... totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking 3 simple questions:

S * Ask the individual to SMILE.

T * Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)

(i.e. It is sunny out today)

R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call 999/911 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other , that is also an indication of a stroke.

Started on leave today, about noon time, received sms from Fiana saying that MID granted us half-day leave..huh...tp nda pa lah, yg penting i don't have to bangun awal pagi p keja...bah..ketara lah pemalas sangat..hahahhaa...

Went out at night to have a drink with friends, huu...skali tingu kalapik lah pula, padahal i only drink few glasses of beer ja...balik rumah kawan then i vomit infront of rumah dia..hahhahaa...nasib baik bukan dlm keta...jd TENGGILING lg sy mlm tu....i cannot remember mcm mana sy boleh tdur d sofa, bangun ja tgk jam it's already 3am...OMG...tak kisah lah...sambung tidur lagi and only went back home at 12noon (30th May)........

When i got back form my friend's house, nobody's home. took long bath then ate my lunch pr should i say BRUNCH..hehhe...then tgk tv sambil tunggu my cousin, Cikgu Juvie datang dr keningau...hmmm...oleh kerana sy nda dapat tunggu, sy pun p lah tdur d bilik...sekali tu nda sampai stengah jam, received sms from Tompok telling me that they are on their waay to Ibot's house...ya ampun.....awal betul.....birthday party only started at 6pm...hmm..pa bleh buat, malas driving punya pasal, i have to follow their time lor....hmmm...

Sampai d Inanam, my cousin p ikut her "BF" Mike...sy lagi yg driving,,iskkk....dah lah ngantuk, nda ada plan lg yg lain tu (Bryan, Barnie, n Tompok)..last2 kami p makan lah d Cherry Lounge....hmmm....sy mau komen ni...dah lah tu tempat byk lalat berterbangan, milo ping dia lagi d gelas wine....ya ampun, harga RM5...menyesal juga lah sy minta milo ping...huh....yang lain smua mkn nasi, sy mkn fries ja..hehhee...

After makan, we decided to go Cempaka Square coz c Bryan tdk mau awal2 p rumah Ibot coz dia tdk mau p CKS...bah bah Bryan, tgk tdk sejuk beer d rumah Ibot...hahhahaha...Stayed at Cempaka until 7++pm, kasih habis Gin Sling, then proceed to Taman Hing Park, House No.20.....hahahha...On our way to Hing Park, durang smua mengejek lagu sy...TONIGHT by Westlife....huh, syok oo tu lagu.....tp sy suka lah kazen2 sy nyanyi, harmony tu suara....hahahhaha....Sesat kami cari ni rumah, sampai kami p rumah org cina ni..wakkaka..kin malu betul…c Juvie lah tu sembarang ja suruh masuk rumah org…tp last2 kami sampai juga lah…sampai ja rumah Ibot trus kami makan lagi…hmmm…pastu duduk2, control ayu…wakakkaa…

Syok2 kami duduk2, minum2, tiba2 uncle kami dating bgtau,” kamu dating sini bukan sy suruh duduk diam2, p kamu menari/menyanyi…”hahahhaa…kami pun tanpa rasa malu p lah menari memeriahkan suasana…ehhh lupa pula mo bgtau pasal apa kami p rumah Ibot…hehe..HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR CUTE AND HYPERACTIVE COUSIN, ALEXSHANDRO yg tdk tau sebut nama sy..hahaha…ok kita sambung cerita tari-menari…ntah pa2 lah tarian kami tu,dari poco2 p sumazau then joget lagi, cha2 pun ada, tarian twist tdk d lupakan…tp yg paling penting, we made our sumazau dance as our dance of the, nda kira pa rentak, kami hentam ja sumazau..and song of the nite, BURUNG KAKAK TUA and GARDENIA…..owhh gardenia, sungguh enak d makan begitu saja…..hahahha…

Hmmm..i was too tired to spent all night with them, so I slept in my cousin’s car..boleh2 c Bryan kunci sy dlm keta..hahha..nda buka windows lagi tu, nasib sy nda lemas dalam keta…hahhaa…we went back home around 2am I think…hmmm…I drove Willie’s car…kesian dia mabuk teruk..hehhehehe…

Woke up at 7.30am, packed my stuffs, mandi. Decided to drive my own to Keningau. We gathered at Tompok’s house then kami p makan bfast d Inanam New Township..After makan2 session, we made our way to Keningau at 10.30am…..zooommm……

Singgah stesen minyak, ada yg p beli makanan ada yg p birak..wakkakakaka…sepanjang perjalanan kami, puas kami ikut2 lori d depan,,,hahaha…nah kau, datang gila sy, overtake ja smua keta until kami tersama-sama c juvie..hahhaa..laju ehh…next stop is at Gunung Emas, gambar2, main2 kabus…then tiba2 ujan ni, trus kami continue our journey……….c Tompok tidur yg 2 ikur lagi sibuk menyanyi d blakang…terhibur juga lah sy…wakakka…smua lagu ada second voice nya…hahha, then buat lirik sendri lagi tu…hmm…Thanks to Bryan and Barnie KERNA menghibur kan sy yg penat driving ni (padahal auto)..wakkakaka…

Around 1.30noon kami sampai d Kg. Lingkudau….owwwyeees!!!! akhirnya sampai juga sy d keningau ni tau!!!! Gembira rasanya hati….hahahhaa…..salam2 sama org2 Lingkudau ni, then cari makan d dapur and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz………

Bangun petang tgk durang Charlie main badminton..hehhe..then kena suruh masak…huhu…makanan malam kami, ikan masin n lada putih, telur n kacang panjang, sosej goring, sup ayam…..hmm…sedap lah….lepas makan, c Juvie bawa kami p KRK (Kelab Rekreasi Keningau)…sampai KRK I thought I saw my fren c Danjoe, ya ampun, mirip betul muka during ni…cish…rupanya pelanduk dua serupa….hmmm…byk lah kejadian d KRK, ada ppuan gaduh lagi..hahhaha….sot…x minum byk coz gastrik…heheh..duduk diam2 ja sy mcm budak baik…kami kena sms lagi kena suruh pulang potong bawang..wakakka…sampai rumah kena marah coz jalan ja…took shower, then p potong bawang..time kami potong2 bawang tu, becerita lah kami pasal mabuk2 ni, c Bryan pula kami suruh jan lagi muntah d meja klu mabuk…bikin malu…hahhaa…mabuk2 kami nda juga kami muntah d meja…hahhaha…slept at 3am….

ini lah yang durang2 minum d KRK....

Di rumah pula, durang ada juga minum sendri2, when we went back, mabuk dah semua...hahhaha..bila dah mabuk trus pandai mennyanyi lagi ni sorang kazen sy, nda pernah kami dengar dia nyanyi, ni lah yg 1st....hahahha...ok kah cikgu Charlie?

Woke up at 8am, berus gigi, cuci muka, then ikut c galabi p kadai….c Tompok tinggal d rumah masak bfast – Mihun Goreng – sy dengar2 sedap betul dia masak ni sampai nda cukup..sy pun termakan sikit ja….huh….after siap smua keja d dapur, sy p mandi then tdur sementara menunggu jam 4ptg…huhu….ngantuk n penat…

Selepas abis house warming, sy trus p blakang mencari siopon..hahahhaa…lum makan nasi dah minum….fuhhhh…sedapppp ehhh!!!!!!!! Learned new words from them…

After 5 kali lundus siopon, I stopped for awhile….pening…x ku pandang beer, vodka, label 5, wine tu mlm..siopon jadi pujaan ku…huhu…..sedapppp ehhhhhh!!!!!!! Almost semua kazen2 ku mabuk…hahaha…kami menari lagi dlm rumah, nyanyi ntah pa2 punya lagu..hahhahaa…syok nya…..

On the day itself is Stanly Ion 21st Bithday…kesian bah, mabuk sudah dia baru kena kasih kluar cake..hahhaha…habis muka dia kami calit ngan cake…then the party continued until I dunno what time…actually went bed early tp kedapatan ni, c Tompok p kasih bgun sy..wakakkaka….cilaka……………….sambung lagi minum siopon…hehehhe…
